layers

sometimes, i can imagine myself floating, drifting upon an atmospheric layer, the earth below and the burning sun above. buoyed about by air currents, dreamily, it's a little chilly. was it called the troposphere or stratosphere? i need to brush up on my meteorology. the clouds are not gray at all.
