One of the three inverters was not operating from end of November 2004 to mid-August 2005.

Two of the three inverters were not reporting their solar production from December 26, 2007 through January 17, 2008. Production numbers for those January are thus underreported here, by roughly 50%.

We went from E-8 seasonal billing to E-7 Time-of-Use billing in August 2004. Over-baseline electricity surcharges increased considerably between March 2005 and April 2006
