General Introduction...

The City Hunter Project™ was conceived on 1993 and has been an ongoing endevour. The goals of the project actually encompass the entire City Hunter Home Page, however the largest task is the translation of the entire City Hunter manga series into english. Somewhere along the way a few of Tsukasa Hojo's other works, RASH!!, and Komorebi no moto de (Under the Dappled Shade) merged with The City Hunter Project™. ^_^;;; Most of it is done, however it's still largely scattered in piles of paper on my desk and in various notebooks. Now the task is to get it online...

City Hunter Manga...

The City Hunter manga series has been one of the most popular manga series in the world. Even as the manga series was being released in Japan, unathorized versions were popping up in countries around the world. Although most were very poor in quality compared to the official japanese print, the popularity of the series spread quickly. If you happen to come across one of these unofficial prints, compare it to the original. Often times the unofficial versions will be missing frames, artwork, and even whole pages from the original volume. In the chinese "unofficial" series, there were 42 volumes of manga. In 1992, Shonen Asia Comics released the official City Hunter series translated in chinese. The entire series, ID numbers SA001-SA035, spanned 35 volumes like the original japanese.

City Hunter Manga Translations...

The translations themselves are divided into three different types:

(a.)	Translation		The most comprehensive representation of the episode. Blending a summary of the events and a near-direct translation of the dialog.
(b.)	Script		Straight dialog in Script format.
(c.)	Summary		Summary of events transpiring in the episode with minimal dialog.

The files will be denoted by {a,b,c} at the end of each file name.
