History:
- Purchased new from a Mercedes dealership in 1994 in Virginia, USA.
- Owned and driven by one owner in Virginia, Southern California, and
Alabama.
- Owner died in March 2001.
- Car taken to Albany area, New York, by daughter. No other owners.
- Car mainly driven in good weather after 2001. Driven only a few times in
winter.
- No accidents.

- Garage kept most of its existence. We've had it out in our driveway with a
custom fit cover on it since 2001. We've kept it covered any time it's not
in use, all seasons. Garaged for winter 2005-2006. Garaged currently.
Major Work Completed:
- 31,000 miles, repaired leak on cylinder head front cover.
- 48,000 miles, head gasket replaced.
- 121,000 miles, timing cover leak repaired; rear differential mounts and
seals replaced; engine mounts replaced.
- 122,000 miles, front and rear wheel bearings replaced.
- 134,000 miles, rear wiring harness replaced (May 2003).
- 134,000 miles, valve cover gasket, timing cover seal, as well as front
crank seal replaced.
- Just got a new battery, fall 2005.
Disclosure Items:
- Tow hook cover missing on lower front right.
- Yellow road paint under missing tow hook cover area.
- Tiny rust blister on back, just under rear window.
- Some bits of a sticker on outside of trunk ... not sure what that was
from. Haven't tried too hard to remove it. You can see it, to the left of
the license plate (photo below).
- Hood ornament stolen a couple of times ... therefore some rough
paint around the base of ornament.
- Some small marks and stains on interior.
- Small nicks in windshield.
- One panel of the driver's seat leather replaced and reupholstered by
professional on side by door (seat bolster was worn out, with a hole in it).
- Headliner was sagging inside and was repaired by car upholstery
professional.
- Passenger side seat belt presenter does not work.
