Bring my weight down to somewhere between 170 and 180, and keep it there.

This went up and down over the course of the year, as weight is wont to do. I was doing pretty well through July, but in the late summer I started getting really lazy, not exercising and eating a lot of junk food. Of course, I gained a lot of weight, and finally I got annoyed with myself and cleaned up the diet and started exercising more. By Thanksgiving I was down to a respectable 175, and I've meneged to keep it at around that level since.
