Episode 100 (WJ #37-38, 1999)
The Legend Has Begun
Buggy and Arvida chase after Luffy, but get caught but Smoker and his
PuffPuff powers. Meanwhile, Mohji frets in the rain with Richie because
he needs to set fire on the Going-Merry in the downpour. Usopp and Nami
manage to fend off Mohji and Richie and enter their ship... while the
other three teens continue to dash for the port. Zoro's dash stops short
when he is challenged by Tashigi. He becomes irritated that she looks and
acts exactly like his old friend Kuina. Meanwhile, Smoker manages to use
his solid smoke to knock out Sanji and Luffy; but Luffy is rescued by a
mysterious cloaked man named Dragon. All three teens make it back to the
ship, and they head out to the Grand Line - while Smoker's crew and the
Buggy-Arvida alliance decide to head out there as well.
